Over the next 10 weeks, you’ll be guided through what we at The Healing Journey call “Moving From Loss Toward Hope.”
Each week, we walk with you — helping you gently process your pain, find peace in the present, and rediscover your strength and purpose. This experience blends real-world teachings, reflection exercises, and hands-on activities to help you move beyond just surviving your loss and start living again — with clarity, calm, and renewed hope.

We understand — a lot of grief programs can feel cold, rushed, or one-size-fits-all. The Healing Journey was created with you in mind — your story, your pace, and your culture. We walk beside you, not ahead of you. Every session builds connection, trust, and practical steps so you can move forward with peace and clarity.

You’ll spend 2 hrs each week learning about grief and how it impacts you, learning coping skills and strategies, and how to move forward with your life. These lessons are presented through various engaging techniques. Healing shouldn’t add stress; it should create space for peace.
That’s okay — readiness looks different for everyone. Dr Sherry will provide a brief individual consultation to help you determine if you are ready. This program meets you exactly where you are. Some people may initially be reluctant to share their personal story but quickly move beyond that when they realize this is a safe nonjudgemental setting. When engagement occurs, you will quickly realize that you are not alone and you belong here.
